What types of home care services do you provide?
Family Reunion In Home-care provides non-medical home care services, including help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility support, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, companionship, and respite care for family caregivers.
What areas of the Bay Area do you serve?
We serve clients in San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda, Hayward, San Leandro, Fremont, Walnut Creek, Richmond, and surrounding Bay Area communities. During your consultation, we’ll confirm if we can provide care at your exact address and discuss the best schedule for your needs.
What is the difference between home care and home health care?
Home care (what we provide) offers non-medical support with daily activities, safety, and companionship in the home. Home health care is medical care provided by nurses or therapists, usually ordered by a doctor. Many families use both types of care together.
Do you provide 24/7 or overnight care?
Yes, we can often arrange daytime, overnight, or 24/7 care, depending on your needs and caregiver availability. We’ll talk through your schedule during the initial consultation.
Can you help with dementia or Alzheimer’s care?
Yes. Our caregivers can provide safety supervision, redirection, help with daily routines, and companionship for clients living with dementia or Alzheimer’s. We work with families to create a calm, consistent environment that supports dignity and independence as much as possible.
